Enjoy our special Christmas market and let you enchant. In the “Münzgasse”, right next to the world famous Church of Our Lady and the “Brühlsche Terrasse”, the traders will be waiting for you with specialities and traditionally hand craft. For the 10th time the traders will offer authentic “Plauner Spitzen”, “Freiberger” tin and pottery, wooden toys and glove puppets. Hand blown glass and hand made candles will also be offered.
Goodies like deep fried curd balls rolled in sugar, crêpes, ginger bread from “Pulsnitz”, sugar roasted almonds, candy floss and stuffed roasted apples give the sweet smell over the “Münzgasse”. Try also to the delicious hot wine punch and hot rum punch the original “Dresdner Christstollen”! The romantic decorated market stand and the Christmas music spread a unforgettable Christmas atmosphere.

Exact at 4.00 pm everyday the Santa Clause will bring for every kind a present as a surprise.

But also for the adults there are a lot of things to see, especially our eight meter high Christmas pyramid with the life size hand made wooden figures. This pyramid you can go upstairs so you will have a fantastic view over the Christmassy decorated “Neumarkt” and the Curch of Our Lady.

If you get cold feet during the walk over the Christmas marked, you will be welcome in our restaurant and coffees. The restaurant “Grand Café Coselpalais” is waiting for there guests in the fabulous decorated salons and exquisite cuisine. In the “Ayers Rock” you will experience a Australian Christmas and in the restaurant “Ontario” you will find Canadian Christmas specialities. Traditional home style cuisine will be served in the restaurant “Kurfürstenhof” and “Café zur Frauenkirche”.
